1.1 Customers are required to make full payment at the time of booking in order to confirm and block the shoot date.
1.2 The shoot timing must be scheduled during daytime or afternoon hours. Final timing shall be mutually discussed, agreed upon, and confirmed by all parties.
1.3 This is an on-location photoshoot conducted at the customer’s premises or a location selected and provided by the customer.
2.1 The customer must ensure that the shooting location has a minimum unobstructed space of 10 feet by 10 feet to allow proper setup of equipment and execution of the intended theme.
2.2 Arteva will carry all necessary props, costumes/outfits (where applicable), lighting and photography hardware required for the shoot.
2.3 All parties acknowledges that since the subject is a child, additional time may be required for soothing, nursing, feeding, rest, engagement or redirection. Such requirements will not be considered delays.
2.4 For optimal results, a quiet and distraction-free environment is strongly recommended. Excessive noise, crowding or interruptions may compromise image quality and the child’s cooperation.
2.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets, guests and unrelated activities do not interfere with the setup or the child's ability to focus.
3.1 Cancellation requests must be communicated by phone to Arteva for review and processing.
3.2 If the customer cancels within 2 days of booking, 50% of the total payment shall be refunded.
3.3 If the customer cancels within 4 days of booking, 30% of the total payment shall be refunded.
3.4 Cancellation made within the last 2 days prior to the scheduled shoot date shall result in 100% forfeiture of the payment.
3.5 Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
3.6 If Arteva fails to attend the shoot at the scheduled date and time, the customer shall be entitled to either:
(a) a 100% refund issued within 4 business days, or
(b) a complimentary reschedule based on the availability of both parties, with no additional cost.
4.1 Payment of fees and final confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
4.2 Arteva reserves the right to update, modify or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
4.3 No damages, claims or compensation shall be payable beyond the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
