1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Customers are required to make full payment at the time of booking in order to confirm and block the shoot date.
1.2 The shoot timing must be scheduled during daytime or afternoon hours.
1.3 This is an on-location gown delivery is conducted at the customer’s premises or a location selected and provided by the customer during booking, across Kolkata

2. Setup Requirements.

2.1 Arteva is only responsible to deliver the Gown on time at the desired location and bring the gown back on the same day once the shoot is over.
2.2 The Dress is provided for a Maximum duration of 5 Hrs from the time of the delivery.
2.3 Customers are fully responsible for the safety and care of the gowns. Please note these are very expensive, so take due care.                                                      2.4 The Delivery person will stay at the customer location please treat with respect.              

3. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation requests must be communicated by phone to Arteva for review and processing.
3.2 If the customer cancels within 2 days of booking, 50% of the total payment shall be refunded.
3.3 If the customer cancels within 4 days of booking, 30% of the total payment shall be refunded.
3.4 Cancellation made within the last 2 days prior to the scheduled shoot date shall result in 100% forfeiture of the payment.
3.5 Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
3.6 If Arteva fails to deliver the dress at the scheduled date and time, the customer shall be entitled to either:
 (a) a 100% refund issued within 4 business days, or
 (b) a complimentary reschedule based on the availability of both parties, with no additional cost.

4. General Terms

4.1 Payment of fees and final confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
4.2 Arteva reserves the right to update, modify or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
4.3 No damages, claims or compensation shall be payable beyond the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
